Our wild garlic sausages spaghetti is the perfect easy dinner. Made with our seasonal sausages created with wild garlic from our Somerset estate.
Ingredients
- 8 Wild Garlic Sausages
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 small handful wild garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 tbps tomato paste
- 2 tins chopped tomatoes
- White Lake English Pecorino
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
