• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 tbsp (15mL) cooking oil
• 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups (500 mL) enchilada sauce
• 1 4.5 oz (127g) canned chopped green chiles
• 1 cup (250 mL) sour cream
• ¼ cup (60 mL) cilantro, chopped
