Ingredients

• For the Impossible™ meatballs (Made with Impossible™Burger):
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
• ½ cup milk
• 2 12-oz pkgs Impossible™ Burger
• ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
• ⅓ cup onion, minced
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup parsley, minced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil, plus more for greasing
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• For the subs:
• 4 cups marinara sauce
• 8 hoagie rolls
• 24 meatballs, hot out of the oven
• 4 cups mozzarella, shredded
• 1 ½ cup banana peppers, sliced
