• 4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
• 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
• 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
• Salt and pepper
• 2 lobster tails

• 1 head butter lettuce
• 1 cup cucumber, sliced
• 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
• 1 cup corn, fresh, or canned and drained, or frozen and thawed
• Half avocado, chopped
• 1/2 cup blue cheese
• 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
