Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced small
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced small
• ½ small onion, diced small
• 1 roma tomato, diced small
• 2 cups half and half
• 8 oz. American cheese, cubed (such as Velveeta)
• 8 oz. Mexican melting cheese, cubed (such as Chihuahua)
• Corn tortillas or tortilla chips (for serving)
