• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 stick margarine, cut into chunks
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
• 2 cups milk
