Ingredients

• ½ cup panko bread crumbs
• ¼ cup milk
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup freshly chopped basil or parsley
• 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
• ½ teaspoon coarse salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 lb ground beef ((I use 90/10 but you can use other %))
• ½ cup fresh finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 jar marinara sauce
• 8 oz spaghetti ((or noodle of choice))
