Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 red onion
• brown sugar
• sweet BBQ sauce (we used GMG Cattle Drive)
• cheddar cheese
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp GMG beef rub
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tsp ground pepper
• 1 lb bacon
