Fennel & Red Pepper Salad Recipe from Country Grocer

Ingredients

• 1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
• 1 small fennel bulb (cut in half and very thinly sliced)
• 1 tablespoon fennel greens, from the top of the fennel (chopped)
• Dressing:
• 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seed
• 2 pinches of pepper
• 2 pinches of salt
