Pumpkin lasagna with celery and sausage filling - Schabziger

Ingredients

• Frying butter / clarified butter
• 16 fruity pumpkin slices, e.g. Muscade de Provence, 5 mm thick
• Salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 2 celeriac
• approx. 3 dl / 300 ml cream
• 100 g Schabziger, grated
• Pepper from the mill
• 200 g porcini mushrooms
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
