Ingredients

• 3 tbsp of oil
• 10 sausages (preferably smoked)
• 6 potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes)
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 red pepper (or green/yellow pepper, finely chopped)
• Salt (to taste)
• Oregano (to taste)
• Paprika (to taste)
• Garlic powder (to taste)
• Pepper (to taste)
• 400 g grams canned tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes, if available)
• 500 ml of water
• Dill (chopped, for garnish – or parsley if preferred)
