Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 1/8 cup sugar
• 2 eggs room temp
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp almond extract
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 cups pitted chopped tart cherries
• Optional: 1/4 cup sliced almonds
• Frosting.
• I used Chocolate Ganache with a bit of heavy whipped cream and a merichino cherry.
