• 1 can of Lummi Island wild canned albacore tuna
• 3-4 ounces cut into 1/8 inch cubes Fior di Latte Fresh Mozzarella
• 3 tablespoons rinsed Bonomo & Giglio capers in sea salt
• 3 tablespoons of Katz Trio Red Wine Vinegar
• 4 tablespoons of Antheo D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil
• To taste italian fine sea salt
