Ingredients

• 6 ounces spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup ricotta cheese
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 teaspoons dried)
• ½ teaspoon dried basil (or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped)
• 1 pound ground beef
• ½ small onion, finely diced
• 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
• 2 cups pasta sauce
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
