Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes
• 4 eggs - boiled , peeled and diced
• ¼ cup onion - diced and water squeezed out
• ¾ cup purple onion - diced and water squeezed out
• 2 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped fine
• ¾ cup gherkins - chopped
• 1 ½ tablespoon salt
• ¾ teaspoon pepper
• 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 green chili -chopped
