Quick and Easy Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers Recipe

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Prepare the Bell Peppers: Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes inside. Set the tops aside for later use. Lightly brush the peppers with olive oil, inside and out.
