• 1 tsp Ground ginger
• 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
• 2 tsp Ground allspice
• 1/4 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Ground cardamom
• 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
• 2 cups Milk of your choice
• 2 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup California Date sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Marshmallow cream (optional)
