Green Chile Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup diced green chiles (preferably mild or medium heat, drained)
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives
