Our flavor packed cheese ball is an easy recipe, great for entertaining. We used CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning, CHI-CHI’S® Salsa, onions, jalapeños and cheese.
Ingredients

- 16-ounces corn, drained
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 4-ounces diced jalapeños, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, separated
- 1/4 cup CHI-CHI’S ® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
- 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI’S ® Taco Seasoning Mix
- Salt and pepper
