Corndog Muffins – Sweet July

Ingredients

• 6 turkey hot dogs, sliced into 2-inch cuts
• 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp baking powder
