Ingredients

• San Remo No.56 Fusilli 500g
• 1 corn cob
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 roasted chicken breasts, skin removed and shredded
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, finely diced
• 1 red capsicum, finely diced
• 1 green capsicum, finely diced
• 2 spring onion, finely sliced
• 12 pitted green olives, roughly chopped
• sea salt and cracked black pepper
• 80g Greek feta
• ⅓ cup basil and dill to garnish
• 200ml creme fraiche
• ½ avocado
• ¼ cup chopped chives
• juice from half a lime
