Been experimenting in developing a pepper sauce that the DH would like that didn't necessarily need the pan juices from cooking the steak as he likes
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tablespoons peppercorns, tri-colour crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small (5 gram) beef bouillon cube (1 small beef stock cube)
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 3/4 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or you can substitute half cream and half milk)
