Ingredients

• 1 lb. Ground Bison
• 2 tbsp. Onion, grated
• 1 ½ tsp. Salt
• Salad Oil
• 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
• 2 cups finely chopped Lettuce
• Taco Sauce
• 1/2 clove Garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tsp. Chili Powder
• 16 canned or frozen Tortillas or Taco Shells
• 1/2 cup chopped Onion
• 1 cup finely cut fresh Tomato
