Apple Pecan Cornbread Dressing - Farm Monitor

Ingredients

• 11 1/2 ounces box cornbread mix, cooked according to package directions, or homemade cornbread
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 6 cups crumbled corn bread from the mix or homemade
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup chopped apples
• 1 Cup chicken broth, more if dressings seems dry
