• 1 + 1/4 cups white whole wheat or all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter, plus more for greasing pan & serving
• 2 tablespoon light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup semi-sweet and/or white chocolate chips
• maple syrup, for serving
