• 4 cups rice
• 2 1/2 cups broth
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 medium onion, minced
• 2 habanero or scotch bonnet hot peppers, minced
• 15 oz can tomato sauce (~2 cups)
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon black or cameroon pepper
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 5 bay leaves
• 2 teaspoons salt or 1 bouillon cube, crushed
