- Water from a can of chickpeas (aquafaba), about ¾ of a cup
- 1 cup of Milanese cane sugar
- ¼ cup Le Grand plain yogurt
- 1 ¼ cup La Milanaise whole wheat pastry flour
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder + a little to sift on the dishcloth
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small container unsweetened applesauce (about 104ml)
