• 5 medium garlic cloves, finely minced
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 & 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
• 1 & 1/2-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• 2 (15-ounce) cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas), well drained
• 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, drained
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 3 cups cubed sourdough bread, cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes
• 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
• cilantro leaves or chopped cilantro for garnish
• 1 medium size lemon, halved and thinly sliced
