Ingredients

• 250 g plain white flour, sieved
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2 medium free range eggs, lightly beaten
• 600 ml whole milk
• 30 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter
• 60 g granulated sugar
• 100 g Lurpak® Slightly Salted Butter, cold cut into small chunks
• 2 oranges, juice and zest
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom
• 50 g pistachios, shelled and finely chopped
