- 700g new potatoes
- 2tbsp white wine vinegar

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 shallot diced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 2 spring onions thinly chopped
- handful of chives
