Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• 8 tblsp cold butter
• 1 cup peeled and diced apple (use your favorite variety of apple)
• 1 tblsp Happy Home Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
