- 2 Salmon fillets (250-300g each)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cube of chicken stock
- 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
- 360ml water
- 1 tsp fine red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Chopped parsley (for garnishing)
