Ingredients

• Assorted food color
• Assorted edible decorations such as HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips and sprinkles
• 9 to 10 REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Minis
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1-1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
• 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2-1/2 cups vanilla frosting, royal Icing or combination of both
• 2-1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp meringue powder (pasteurized dried egg)
• 3 Tbsps warm water
• Additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, if too thick.
