- 95 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil, neutral flavor
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) heavy cream, 30-36% milk fat, chilled
- 90 g (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp) mascarpone cheese, full fat, soften
- 25 g (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
- 100 g (1/3 cup) Nutella
- 80 g (2.82 oz) Chocolate Shavings
