Teriyaki Pork Cheesesteak with a Wasabi Broccoli Slaw. | Dave's Droppings

Ingredients

• 1/2 C Soy Sauce
• 1/4 C Water
• 2 Tb Mirin
• 1.5 Tb Dark Brown Sugar
• 1/4 C Sugar
• 1.5 tsp Garlic (minced)
• 1.5 tsp Ginger Paste
• 2 Lb Pork Tenderloin (Shaved or as thin as your Butcher can slice it)
• 1 Yellow Onion (Quartered and sliced)
• 12 oz Broccoli Slaw
• 1/2 C Mayonnaise
• 4 Tb Rice Vinegar
• 3 tsp Prepared Wasabi
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 6 Sub Rolls (sliced and remove some of the bread in the middle)
• 12 slices Provolone Cheese
