• 3 Tbsp roughly chopped basil
• 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
• 6 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 3 Roma tomatoes
• 3 Tbsp freshly chopped basil
