Chilli Chicken recipe by Naeema Mia

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet cubed big
• 1 heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic
• 1 teaspoon teaspoon lemon pepper @inapaarmanskitchen
• 1 teaspoon garlic pepper @inapaarmanskitchen
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2 heaped tablespoon maziena
• 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 1 small onion thinly slice
• 5-6 cloves garlic thinly slice
• 1 punnet Mushroom
• ½ each robot peppers (red, yellow and green)
• 5-6 whole chillies
• ¼ cup soya sauce
• ¼ cup woestershire sauce
• ½ cup all joy chilli garlic sauce
• 2-3 tablespoon Maggi chilli sauce origanal
• 1 ½ cups water
• 1 tablespoon maziena mixed with little water
