- 4 Vegetable oil (2+2)
- 400 Chicken breast
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 250 Paris mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 120 Pasta cooking water
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Provençal herbs
- 240 Liquid cream (whole for me)
- 50 Grated Parmesan + a little for serving
- 1 Parsley (optional)
