- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/3-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 sheet Dashi Kombu Seaweed (4x5cm/1.8"x2")
- 5 g Ginger Root (shredded)
- 4 Kinome Leaves (young leaves of sansho pepper, substitute: mitsuba parsley or shiso leaves)
