Sweet Italian Sausage Pasta with Peppers and Onions | Joe's Butcher Shop | Carmel, IN

Ingredients

• Joe's Storemade Sweet Italian Sausage Links
• 1 lb Joe’s Storemade Sweet Italian Sausage Links
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
• Add sausages and brown on all sides, about 8 minutes.
• Remove sausages and set aside.
• In the same skillet, sauté peppers and onions until soft, about 10 minutes.
• Slice sausages and return to skillet.
• Add chicken broth, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
