Hot Artichoke Dip – Cooking Aboard with Jill
I was inspired to make this dip based on a memory of when we had the “Renaming of our Sailboat” party some years ago. Melinda Lippincott (our broker’s wife) brought this, and it was delicious....
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 cups marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (do not rinse)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (I used manchego)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped fine
- ½ cup Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
