Ingredients
- 225g salted butter softened
- 100g soft light brown sugar
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150ml soured cream
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 225g plain flour
- 50g cocoa powder sifted
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 75g salted butter softened
- 100g smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g icing sugar sifted
- 1 tbsp milk (optional)
- roasted salted peanuts and chocolate shavings to serve (optional)
