Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm water (120 to 130F)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil, and extra for brushing
• Filling:
• 1-1/4 cups chicken cooked, finely chopped
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
• 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
• Topping:
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon ranch salad dressing mix
