• 3-4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
• 2 cups sliced peeled apples
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 cup apple cider
• 1 tablespoon butter
