Ingredients: 8 oz of snow crab meat; Juice of one lime; Salt; pepper; 4 leaves of Basil chiffonade; 2 green onions chopped; 2 tbsp of olive oil; 1 qt of fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 tablespoons traditional balsamic vinegar; 1 tbsp fresh parsley; Place in a bowl all the ingredients and toss occasionally till you’re ready to serve.; Leaves of Crystal or Bib lettuce.; 2oz feta cheese; slivered almonds
