• 400 g Chicken thigh skinned and cleaned
• 1/2 tsp five spice powder
• 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice wine
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 3 clove garlic crushed
• 1/2 tsp red food colouring
• 2 tsp honey
• salt to taste
