Ingredients
- 3 lbs of heirloom tomatoes any kind – grated
- 1 yellow onion chopped very very finely
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- ½ cup of vodka
- ½ cup of cream
- 4 oz of any pasta you like but I used Banza rotini in this recipe
