• 250g macaroni
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon rough salt
• 1 cup frozen sweetcorn (cooked in micro)
• 1 red onion (chopped)
• ½ red pepper (chopped)
• ½ yellow pepper (chopped)
• ½ tin black beans
• 2 tomatoes (diced)
• 2 tubs Lancewood cheese sauce/ 2 pkts Spur cheese sauce
• 2 tablespoon jalapeno sauce (or more)
