- 460 Grams Roasted Red Bell Peppers, 16 oz jar of peppers, drained, divided
- 60 Grams Pickled Jalapeno, 8-10 coins, small diced
- 112 Grams Mozzarella Cheese, 4 oz, fresh cheese, small diced. See note 3
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 3-4 tbsp Chipotle Paste, adjust to taste
- 1 tbsp Mustard, dijon
- 2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp Lime, juice, adjust to taste
- 1 Garlic, clove
- 1/2 tsp Salt, adjust to taste
