• 1 Onions, medium, diced

• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

• 4 cups Stock, chicken
• 1 cup Pasta, gluten-free orecchiette (sub any small pasta shape)
• 1/2 cup Salsa, store-bought
• 2 oz Cheese, parmesan (opt), shaved or grated
